Photo Wall with Washi Tape

Okay, admit it. Washi tape is the next best thing to play with, numbero uno being your trusty laptop. :) It’s cute, simple, and comes off easily.

So whether you’re a rental, or your own property, use washi tape to put up photos and quotes of practically anything.

I had a blank wall, that was too small for any legitimate furniture, but too large to leave empty. And so I decided to turn it into a (tiny) reading corner. Or just a chilling corner. More on that later, here.

And you all should know that I love Paris, NYC, girly quotes, and the like. So I put up a watercolor and a couple quotes with two alternating rolls of washi tape.

My measly two rolls of washi tape.

My measly two rolls of washi tape from Scotch.

:-/ it’s a huge collection… But hey, it still makes for a beautiful wall… Almost.

Tiny little gallery!

Sorry, had to cut out a little for personal reasons. But its a tiny little gallery that Im still adding to.

Well, kind of. Still working on it. The airplane is from a little inside joke with my friends, plus a 3D little thing.

So you guys, as you can see, I kinda need a little help. What else do you think would look cute on this wall? I’m totally thinking a watermelon watercolor and a Kate Spade typography quote. You?

Here’s some inspiration that I am loving.

From Tressugar, a wall of washi tape photos. Doesnt it look so classy with the black and yellow?

The cutest little display ever?! From At Home in Love.

From Washi Tape Crafts, a washi tape frame wall. DIY-friendly and totally cute.

And does this not look amazing? A huge line of photos, sprinkled with a little washi tape here and there. Ideas from Honeysuckle Life.

xx, Kassie
